Accord cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire pour la fourniture et la pose de pré-localisateurs de fuites à postes fixes et équipements connexes sur le territoire de l'Espace Sud - PHASE 2 Cet accord cadre consiste particulièrement en : • L’étude préalable conduisant à la localisation géographique de l’ensemble des pré-localisateurs à poste fixe et pré-localisateurs hydrophones pour une couverture maximale (1 345km) ; • La fourniture et la pose de pré-localisateurs de fuites et de leurs accessoires pour une écoute permanente ; • La fourniture et la pose des antennes VHF émettrices des pré-localisateurs ; • La fourniture, la mise en service des moyens de communication via réseau GSM ; • La formation du personnel de la CAESM et de la SME (Fermier) pour l’utilisation des appareils ; • La formation du personnel de la CAESM et de la SME (fermier) à l’exploitation du logiciel de traitement des données issues des pré-localisateurs ; • La proposition de contrat de maintenance qui débutera dès la pose de l’ensemble des dispositifs ; Le contrat proposé sera forfaitaire sur une durée de 5 années (début d’échéance à la date de pose du matériel ; • La garantie de 5 années sur le matériel et batterie fournis.
