Description

The object of the procurement is newsroom analytics solutions to enable near real-time article and video analytics in Yle’s digital services. The primary function of this solution is to provide our editorial teams with near real-time data and analysis of article performance on the yle.fi website and the Yle mobile application. The goal is to empower our newsroom and other editorial staff with actionable insights to make data-driven editorial decisions. The object of the procurement is described in detail in the Invitation to Tender and its annexes: Appendix 1 Object of the Procurement Newsroom Real-time Analytics Solution Appendix 2 Requirements Newsroom Real-time Analytics Solution Appendix 3 Pricing Appendix 4 Use Cases for Scoring Appendix 5 SaaS Subscription Agreement Appendix 5.1 Data protection agreement Appendix 5.2 JIT 2025 - Services over Network Appendix 5.3 JIT 2025 - General Terms and Conditions Appendix 6 Reference requirements Appendix 7 Evaluation of tenders Appendix Subcontractors Yle will choose one (1) supplier as a contracting party as a result of this bidding competition. The agreement shall remain in effect for 24 months, after which the agreement shall continue in force indefinitely until terminated by either Party in accordance with the agreement.
