Description

Ο Φο.Δ.Σ.Α. Στερεάς ΕΛΛΑΔΑΣ Α.Ε. επιθυμεί να συνάψει σύμβαση με ανάδοχο, για την προμήθεια 312.500,00 lt πετρελαίου κίνησης, απαραίτητου για την κίνηση και τη λειτουργία των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων και λοιπού παρεπόμενου εξοπλισμού που βρίσκονται και εξυπηρετούν τη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων ευθύνης του Φορέα, και ειδικότερα των επιχειρησιακών εγκαταστάσεων του ΧΥΤΑ Θήβας και του ΧΥΤΑ Ιστιαίας. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης θα είναι 24 μηνών ενώ προβλέπεται δικαίωμα παράτασης για επιπλέον δώδεκα (12) μήνες. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης αποτελεί η προμήθεια 312.500,00 lt πετρελαίου κίνησης, απαραίτητου για την κίνηση και τη λειτουργία των οχημάτων, μηχανημάτων και παρεπόμενου εξοπλισμού που βρίσκονται και εξυπηρετούν τη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων ευθύνης του Φορέα, και ειδικότερα, όσον αφορά στις εγκαταστάσεις ευθύνης του στον ΧΥΤΑ Θήβας και Ιστιαίας. Συνεπώς κρίνεται απαραίτητο και αναγκαίο να προκηρυχτεί διεθνής διαγωνισμός για την προμήθεια συνολικής ποσότητας 312.500,00 lt πετρελαίου κίνησης ενδεικτικού προϋπολογισμού 400.000,00 € πλέον Φ.Π.Α, συνολικού προϋπολογισμού με ενεργοποίηση παράτασης για επιπλέον δώδεκα (12) μήνες 600.000,00 € πλέον Φ.Π.Α. Η προμήθεια αυτή εκτιμάται ότι θα επαρκέσει για την κάλυψη αναγκών χρονικού διαστήματος 24 μηνών. Η παρούσα σύμβαση χρηματοδοτείται από ίδιους πόρους. Η πίστωση για το συγκεκριμένο ποσό θα βαρύνει τον κωδικό 64.00.00 με τίτλο «Έξοδα Κινήσεως Οχημάτων-Μηχανημάτων του Φορέα (Καύσιμα) » του προϋπολογισμού εξόδων του ΦΟ.Δ.Σ.Α. Στερεάς Ελλάδας Α.Ε. για τα έτη 2026,2027 και 2028. Ο Φορέας θα παραλαμβάνει τις ποσότητες που επιθυμεί τμηματικά και ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες της κάθε εγκατάστασης. Ο Φορέας διατηρεί το δικαίωμα ποιοτικού και ποσοτικού ελέγχου. Η κατακύρωση της προμήθειας θα γίνει στον προμηθευτή που θα προσφέρει τη μεγαλύτερη έκπτωση επί της τιμής, που ορίζει κάθε εβδομάδα η Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Ελέγχου Αγοράς & Προστασίας Καταναλωτή - Διατομεακή Μονάδα Ελέγχου Αγοράς Διεύθυνση Διαχείρισης Δεδομένων, Στατιστικής Επεξεργασίας και Εποπτείας Ηλεκτρονικού Εμπορίου του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης, ανά νομό.
