Description

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης αποτελεί η προμήθεια χωμάτινου υλικού επικάλυψης, για τις ανάγκες του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Λαμίας. Μέχρι σήμερα οι ανάγκες σε εδαφικό υλικό επικάλυψης καλύπτονταν από προμήθεια η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω αντίστοιχης διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας. Οι ποσότητες του εδαφικού αυτού υλικού της ανωτέρω προμήθειας στο Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Λαμίας, αναμένεται να εξαντληθούν το προσεχές χρονικό διάστημα. Συνεπώς κρίνεται απαραίτητο και αναγκαίο να προκηρυχτεί διεθνής διαγωνισμός για την προμήθεια συνολικής ποσότητας εξήντα χιλιάδων κυβικών μέτρων (60.000 m3) χωμάτινου υλικού επικάλυψης για τον Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Λαμίας, προϋπολογισμού εξακοσίων εννέα χιλιάδων ευρώ (609.000,00€) πλέον Φ.Π.Α, συνολικού προϋπολογισμού, με ενεργοποίηση προαιρέσεως 50%, εννιακοσίων δεκατριών χιλιάδων πεντακοσίων ευρώ (913.500,00 €) πλέον Φ.Π.Α.. Η προμήθεια αυτή εκτιμάται ότι θα επαρκέσει για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Λαμίας για χρονικό διάστημα τουλάχιστον δύο (2) ετών ή έως εξαντλήσεως του συμβατικού ποσού, και θα βαρύνει τον κωδικό 64.08.07 με τίτλο «Προμήθεια υλικού επικάλυψης Χ.Υ.Τ.Α.» του προϋπολογισμού εξόδων του Φορέα για τα έτη 2025, 2026 και 2027. Η παρούσα σύμβαση χρηματοδοτείται από ίδιους πόρους. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στην από 20.03.2025 μελέτη της παρούσας διακήρυξης.
