Строк поставки Товару: до 30 жовтня 2026 року. Товар поставляється партіями на підставі заявок Замовника (Письмові заявки Замовника), які постачальник отримує особисто або по електронній пошті з підтвердженням про отримання. Місце поставки Товару: Україна, Вінницька область, Жмеринський район, с Браїлів, вулиця Осипа Юцевича, буд.2А ,Браїлівська гімназія Жмеринської міської територіальної громади. Постачання товару здійснюється партіями транспортом постачальника . Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження Товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника за власні кошти. Розрахунки за товар проводяться Замовником у безготівковому порядку протягом 15 робочих днів з дати отримання товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. Оплата товару проводиться у безготівковій формі в національній валюті - гривні, за договірною ціною, визначеною специфікацією до Договору шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
