Description

Dienstleistungsvertrag über den Magazinbetrieb und den Medientransport für die Standorte der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin (SBB) hier: Los 2 Medientransport Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst zwei Lose: den Magazinbetrieb (Los 1) in den Speichermagazinen Friedrichshagen und Westhafen sowie den Medientransport (Los 2) zwischen allen vier Standorten der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin. Der Medientransport umfasst die Bereitstellung eines geeigneten Lkw samt Fahrer sowie das Be- und Entladen. Transportiert werden reguläre Medienbestellungen, Fachpost, Neuzugänge, Sonderformate und -materialien, darunter auch nasse oder feuchte Medien sowie klimatisierte Behälter mit Einhaltung der Kühlkette. Alle Standorte werden montags bis freitags ein- bis dreimal täglich im Zeitfenster von 6:45 bis 15:00 Uhr beliefert. Erforderlich sind ein eintragungsfreies Führungszeugnis, ein gültiger Lkw-Führerschein, Sprachkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau sowie körperliche Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Der Lkw muss bestimmte Spezifikationen erfüllen (7,5 t, verschließbarer Kastenaufbau, Ladebordwand, begrenzte Höhe für die Tiefgarage) und für einen sicheren, erschütterungsarmen Transport ausgerüstet sein. Die Auftraggeberin stellt Hubwagen, Bücherwagen und Transportkisten, während der Auftragnehmer das Fahrzeug und die Transportsicherung übernimmt.
