Die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel beabsichtigt die Planungsleistungen im Elektrobereich sowie technische Konstruktionsberatung Blitzschutz, Zentrale Steuerung mittels KNX-Basiertem System, dimmbare Beleuchtungsanlage, Planung einer Eventbeleuchtung für den Ratssaal und das obere Foyer, Außenbeleuchtung, steuerbare Steckdosen auszuschreiben. Es sind die Planungsleistungen eines/r Ingenieur/in gemäß den Leistungsphasen 1-8 nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI zu erbringen. Die Ingenieurleistung nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI umfasst die elektrotechnischen Anlagen für die Vollsanierung des Gebäudebereichs Ratssaal. Grundsätzlich gilt: An allen Bauteilen, an denen Eingriffe erfolgen, ist eine Erneuerung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen durchzuführen. Im Zuge dieser Maßnahme sind die Niederspannungsschaltanlagen und -installationsanlagen zu modernisieren und neue Unterverteilungen zu installieren, um die elektrische Versorgung den aktuellen Standards anzupassen und eine zuverlässige Energieverteilung sicherzustellen. Ebenso sind die erforderlichen Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlagen zu modernisieren bzw. entsprechend dem Stand der Technik anzupassen. Die Kosten für die Technische Ausrüstung - Elektrotechnik betragen rd. 250.000 EUR netto. Eine Honorarzone nach HOAI wird nicht vorgegeben. Die Auftraggeberin geht für die hier zu vergebene Leistung aufgrund der Komplexität im Denkmal und in der Gebäudeautomation von Honorarzone III aus. Der Kostenrahmen wurde auf Basis des zur Verfügung stehenden Budgets des Förderbescheids abgeschätzt. Für die Durchführung des Projekts ist der Zeitraum vom 15.10.2026 bis 31.12.2028 vorgesehen. Unverzüglich nach Auftragsvergabe ist mit der Bearbeitung der Entwurfsplanung zu beginnen, um Einzelmaßnahmen frühzeitig begleiten zu können. Direkt anschließend daran sind die Planungsleistungen der darauffolgenden Leistungsphasen ohne Verzögerungen bis zu der Beendigung der LPH 8 gemäß HOAI, § 53 HOAI durchzuführen. Die bauliche Umsetzung im Gebäude ist ab dem Jahr 2027 vorgesehen, der Abschluss der Bauarbeiten zum Ende des Jahres 2028.
