Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer seeks technical system administration support divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers SAP Basis support: monitoring the SAP system landscape, applying hotfixes and releases, maintaining the SAP Solution Manager, handling incident, problem and change tickets, and coordinating quarterly system and client copies in cooperation with SAP, noting that SAP ERP and BW operation has been outsourced to the SAP cloud. Lot 2 covers support for software development and Lot 3 covers support for software development in the Risk/Cont area. Work includes analysing requirements, supporting productive operations with error analysis and correction, creating IT and test concepts, and implementation.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €1,850,000
€1.7M to €2.0M

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 100% of their published estimate, half of them between 93% and 107%, based on 79 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
