Description

Die LfA setzt zur Unterstützung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse verschiedene SAP-Produkte ein. Dazu gehören die klassischen SAP-Module GP (Geschäftspartner), CML (Darlehensverwaltung), CMS (Sicherheitenverwaltung), TRM (Treasury and Risk Management), FI (Finanzwesen), CO (Controlling) und RBD (Wertberichtigung). Diese Software-Produkte sind eingebettet in eine komplexe IT-Landschaft und stellen hohe Anforderungen an den Betrieb. Die SAP-Systeme wurden im Mai 2025 an die SAP ausgelagert. Darüber hinaus müssen die Software-Produkte aufgrund sich ändernder Anforderungen (z.B. aufgrund neuer regulatorischer Bestimmungen) ständig weiterentwickelt werden. Die LfA benötigt für diese Zwecke externe Unterstützung, die sie in zwei Losen ausschreibt: - Los 1: Systemservice SAP-Produkte - Los 2: Weiterentwicklung SAP-Produkte Los 1 soll an genau einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer vergeben werden und umfasst Unterstützungsleistungen in den Bereichen Störungsbeseitigung (Incident- und Problemmanagement) sowie Change und Release Management auf der Basis von definierten Service Leveln.; Bei Los 2 sollen Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu drei Wirtschaftsteilnehmern geschlossen werden, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt im Rahmen von Miniwettbewerben mit konkreten Aufgaben beauftragt werden. Die Leistungen können sich dann auf die Analyse, Fach- und DV-Konzeption bzw. technische Umsetzung innerhalb der von der LfA genutzten SAP-Komponenten beziehen. Dabei sind die hausinternen Vorgaben und Standards der LfA zu beachten. Anpassungen an anderen Systemkomponenten der IT-Landschaft wie z.B. der von der LfA genutzten Systeme iBS-FIS (Förderinstitutssoftware), iBS-SRT (Meldewesenvorverarbeitung) und SAP BW sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.
