Description

Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird eine ICP-MS mit 1 Jahr Wartungsvertrag ausgeschrieben. Im Vergabeverfahren offenes Verfahren soll eine ICP-MS-Gerät (inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry; zu Deutsch: Massenspektrometrie mittels induktiv gekoppelten Plasmas) mit TQ (triple quad; zu Deutsch: drei Quadrupole) oder auch TQ-ICP-MS oder vergleichbar angeschafft werden. Das Gerät soll insbesondere für Probenmessungen genutzt werden, bei denen sehr niedrige Gehalte (<10 ppb) sicher nachgewiesen werden können. Dies ist bspw. für Funktionskeramiken wie Halbleiterkeramik oder Leuchtstoffe erforderlich. Insbesondere bei Halbleitermaterialien spielen bereits Spurenbestandteile eine Rolle und haben großen Einfluss auf das Produkt. Um diese sauber analysieren zu können, ist es unabdingbar ein TQ-ICP-MS anzuschaffen. Dieses bietet gegenüber normalen ICP-MS mit einem Quadrupol die Möglichkeit Atommassen vorher voneinander durch eine Kollisions- und Reaktionszelle zu trennen, um tatsächliche Massengehalte einiger Elemente analysieren zu können. Diese Möglichkeit bietet ein normales ICP-MS nicht. Da es sich hier um eine Neuanschaffung handelt, die vorher noch nicht bestanden hat, wird hier auch viel Methodenentwicklung für die Analyse von keramischen Produkten betrieben werden müssen und soll Teil zukünftiger Forschungsprojekte sein. Das TQ-ICP-MS muss für zukünftige Aufgaben zudem kopplungsfähig für diverse Probenzufuhrsysteme sein, u.a. Laserablation. Das Gerät kommt dabei mit diversen Aufschlusslösungen in Kontakt. Daher muss das Probeneinführungssystem innerhalb kurzer Zeit austauschbar sein, z.B. Glassystem zu HF-System (Flusssäure-resistentes System). Dies erhöht die Messgenauigkeit signifikant und vermeidet Fehlmessungen. Beides kann hervorgerufen werden durch Querkontaminationen und Memory-Effekten bedingt durch Elemente wie Bor, die in den Aufschlussgemischen enthalten sein können. Das Beschaffungsvorhaben ist gefördert durch EFRE-Programm 2021-2027 Thüringen "MOTIVation - move to innovation", Vorhabensnummer 2023 FGI 0003, Vorhabenskurzbezeichnung: "Chemische Rohstoff- und Bauteilanalyse zur Entwicklung hochkomplexer dotierter Keramik"
