Description

Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird ein "Autoklav zur Laminatherstellung transparenter Verbundsysteme" ausgeschrieben. Am Fraunhofer IKTS-HD sollen transparente Verbundsysteme aus Glas und transparenter Keramik unter Einsatz thermoplastischer Folien (z. B. TPU, PVB) hergestellt werden. Hierzu ist ein Autoklav erforderlich, der es ermöglicht, druck- und temperaturgestützte Laminationsprozesse reproduzierbar durchzuführen. Der Autoklav wird im Rahmen von Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Kleinserienprozessen eingesetzt und muss eine homogene Druck- und Temperaturverteilung über die gesamte Bauteilfläche gewährleisten. Förderhinweis / Projektbezug: Die Beschaffung erfolgt im Rahmen des durch den Freistaat Thüringen geförderten TAB-Projektes mit der Vorhabens-Nr. 2025 FGI 0016. Der Beschaffungsgegenstand dient der Umsetzung der im Projekt vorgesehenen Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Qualitätssicherungsarbeiten am Fraunhofer IKTS-HD. Das hochauflösende digitale Mikroskopiesystem wird zur optischen Untersuchung, Dokumentation, Vermessung und dreidimensionalen Analyse von Proben eingesetzt und unterstützt damit die projektbezogenen Arbeiten im Bereich der keramischen Werkstoff- und Prozessentwicklung.
