Description

Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird eine ICP-OES mit 3 Jahre Wartungsvertrag ausgeschrieben. Im Vergabeverfahren offenes Verfahren soll ein neues ICP-OES-Gerät (inductively coupled plasma - optical emission spectrometry; zu Deutsch: optische Emissionspektrometrie mittels induktiv gekoppelten Plasmas) angeschafft werden. Das Gerät soll routinemäßig und in erster Linie für Qualitätssicherungen und des Weiteren auch für Methodenentwicklung in der chemischen Analytik genutzt werden. Dazu muss das Gerät entsprechend für den Dauerbetrieb (an Arbeitstagen, Montag bis Freitag, jeweils zehn Stunden) ausgelegt sein, ein hohes Maß an Messstabilität (Langzeitstabilität) über einen Arbeitstag hinweg aufweisen und eine hohe Präzision besitzen. Für ein hohes Probenaufkommen muss das Gerät nach Optimierung der Messmethode Messzeiten von weniger als 1 min pro Probe realisieren können, u.a. für reine Bor-Bestimmung. Zudem muss das Probeneinführungssystem bei Bedarf einfach und schnell innerhalb weniger Minuten zu wechseln sein, u.a. salzfrachtenstabiles System zu HF-System (Flusssäure-resistentes System). Dadurch werden die Zeiten zwischen verschiedenen Messmethoden auf ein Minimum verkürzt. Das Beschaffungsvorhaben ist gefördert durch EFRE-Programm 2021-2027 Thüringen "MOTIVation - move to innovation", Vorhabensnummer 2023 FGI 0003, Vorhabenskurzbezeichnung: "Chemische Rohstoff- und Bauteilanalyse zur Entwicklung hochkomplexer dotierter Keramik"
