Description

Leistungsgegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Integration und der Betrieb von drei oder vier modularen Komponenten. Die Lösungsbausteine sind so zu erbringen, dass sie sich in die bestehende GovTech-Plattformarchitektur, die technischen Basiskomponenten sowie die Multi-Cloud-Broker-Lösung integrieren lassen. Die Komponenten können getrennt oder kombiniert an einen oder mehrere Auftragnehmer vergeben werden. Die Umsetzung erfolgt inkrementell entlang klar abgegrenzter Teilumfänge, die jeweils eine isoliert funktionsfähige Komponente bzw. Komponentengruppe bilden. Auf dieser Grundlage werden Teilabnahmen vereinbart; eine Gesamtabnahme erfolgt nach erfolgreicher Abnahme aller Teilumfänge.
