Description

Ziel der Ausschreibung ist ein reproduzierbarer, auditierbarer und mandantenfähiger Betrieb von Fachanwendungen und Fachdiensten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Portierung/Entwicklung über Test und Staging bis hin zu Betrieb, Skalierung und Exit Zielbild ist eine souveräne, cloud-agnostische Plattformarchitektur, die sich an den Leitlinien des Deutschland-Stacks, der Deutschen Verwaltungscloud (DVC), relevanten BSI-Standards (insb. C5, IT-Grundschutz), ISO/IEC 27001 sowie den Vorgaben zu Kryptografie und Barrierefreiheit (u. a. BSI TR-02102, EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA) orientiert. Die Plattform soll als Baustein einer modularen, cloudübergreifenden Infrastruktur fungieren und föderale, hybride und souveräne Betriebsmodelle für das Gesundheitswesen unterstützen.
