Description

Gegenstand des Vorhabens ist die hydraulische und strukturelle Anpassung der Abwasserentsorgung in den Gemeinden Ammerthal und Illschwang. Geplant ist der teilweise Umschluss bestehender Einzugsgebiete sowie die Anpassung der vorhandenen Entwässerungsinfrastruktur. Hierzu zählt insbesondere die Vergrößerung des bestehenden Hauptsammlers zwischen den Regenüberlaufbecken (RÜB I und RÜB II) zur Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen Ableitung der künftig anfallenden Abwassermengen. Weiterhin umfasst die Maßnahme die Sanierung und technische Ertüchtigung bestehender Regenüberlaufbecken einschließlich zugehöriger Bauwerke und Anlagentechnik. Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Entwässerungssicherheit, die Reduzierung von Mischwasserentlastungen sowie die Anpassung der Anlagen an aktuelle wasserwirtschaftliche Anforderungen. Stufenweise Ausschreibung für die Planung eines Ingenieurbauwerks nach § 43 HOAI für die LPH 4 bis 9. Die einzelnen Stufen ergeben sich aus dem beigelegten Vertragsentwurf. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt aus fördermittelrechtlichen Gründen stufenweise und nicht als Vollauftrag. Durch den zwischenzeitlichen Erwerb eines angrenzenden Grundstückes beim RÜB I, ist vorab, mittels einer Vergleichsrechnung festzustellen, ob die bisher angedachte Vergrößerung des bestehenden Hauptsammlers zwischen dem RÜB I und RÜB II immer noch die kostengünstigste Lösung ist, oder ob eine Vergrößerung des RÜB I wasserrechtlich möglich und ggf. kostengünstiger umzusetzen ist.
