Der Landkreis Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen beabsichtigt im Rahmen der Teilgeneralsanierung der Berufsschule Bad Tölz die beiden Werkhallengebäude der Nebenstelle Bairawieser Str. zu ergänzen und die Pausenhalle mit einem Anbau zu erweitern; deshalb werden hier Leistungen der Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1 bis einschließlich 6 eines Fachplaners in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung angefragt. Besonders zu beachten sind die bestehenden Bodenverhältnisse, das Bestandsgebäude gründet auf Bohrpfählen. Die Planungsleistungen beginnen ab dem 07.01.2027. Die Bauausführung ist grundsätzlich ab dem Kalenderjahr 2028 angedacht. Einzelne Vorabmaßnahmen (z.B. Abbruch Gebäudebestand oder Kanal-, bzw. Drainagesanierung) können ggf. bereits in 2027 umgesetzt werden. Die Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme ist für Ende 2030 vorgesehen.
