Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant die umfassende Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte. Der Schulcampus umfasst mehrere Gebäudetrakte aus den 1930er- und 1950er-Jahren. Im Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme sollen unterschiedliche Umsetzungsvarianten untersucht werden, darunter die Sanierung und Umstrukturierung des Bestandes sowie Teilrückbau mit Neubau. Die Nutzfläche soll von derzeit ca. 6.000 m² auf etwa 4.000 m² reduziert werden. Die Umsetzung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Schulbetrieb bis voraussichtlich 2031. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Fachplanungsleistungen für Raumakustik, Bauakustik und Schallimmissionsschutz. Die Leistungen umfassen die Untersuchung und Bewertung der akustischen Anforderungen an Bestands- und Neubauflächen, die Erstellung erforderlicher Nachweise sowie die Entwicklung und Bewertung geeigneter Schallschutzmaßnahmen. Die Ergebnisse dienen als Grundlage für die Variantenuntersuchung und die weitere Planung von Rückbau-, Umbau- und Neubaumaßnahmen. Der Fachplaner für Bauakustik, Raumakustik und Schallimmissionsschutz erbringt Leistungen gemäß den Leistungsbildern der Bauphysik nach Anlage 1 HOAI 2021 sowie dem AHO-Heft Nr. 44 „Bauakustik - Raumakustik - Schallimmissionsschutz“ für die Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte. Vergeben werden die Grundleistungen sowie Besondere Leistungen. Die detaillierten Anforderungen an Art und Umfang der zu erbringenden Leistungen ergeben sich aus der Projekt- und Leistungsbeschreibung, die als Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen über das Vergabeportal zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
