Description

Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGeKo) für die Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte Auftragsgegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Auftragsvergabe der erforderlichen Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinationsleistungen (im Folgenden: SiGeKo-Leistungen) gemäß Leistungsbild AHO Heft Nr. 15, Leistungen nach Baustellenverordnung, Auflage 3, Stand Juni 2022. Die detaillierten Anforderungen an das Leistungssoll des Auftragnehmers (bestehend aus Regelleistungen, Regelleistungen im Bedarfsfall sowie Optionale Leistungen), ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (A.4), die ebenfalls als Vergabeunterlage über das Vergabeportal zur Verfügung gestellt ist. Ein Projektsteuerer, ein Objektplaner Gebäude sowie ein TGA-Fachplaner sind bereits beauftragt worden. Das Vergabeverfahren für die Fachplaner Tragwerk sowie Brandschutz laufen derzeit. Später im Jahr 2026 sollen auch die Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen ausgeschrieben und vergeben werden. Die Realisierung der Baumaßnahme erfolgt als Einzelgewerkvergabe aufgeteilt nach Fach- und Teillosen.
