Description

Die Leistung des AN umfasst die Generalplanungsleistungen über die Projekte der Sanierung der Vorfelder 7 u. 8, sowie der Erweiterung von Vorfeld Ost (Vorfeld 35+). Die Ausschreibung erfolgt in zwei Losen. Umfang der Generalplanerleistung für die Sanierung von Vorfeld 7 u. 8, sowie die Erneuerung von Vorfeld 35+ sind die Planungsleistungen der folgenden Bereiche: 1. Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke, vgl. §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2. Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen, vgl. §§ 45 ff. HOAI 3. Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung, vgl. §§ 49 ff HOAI 4. Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung, vgl. HOAI § 53 ff 5. Planung der internen und übergeordneten Baulogistik Die Beschaffung ist in zwei Projektstufen unterteilt: Projektstufe 1 (LPH 1 bis 4 HOAI): Festbeauftragung Projektstufe 2 (LPH 5 bis 7 HOAI): Optionale Beauftragung Die Flughafen München GmbH (FMG) beabsichtigt die Sanierung der asphaltierten Vorfelder 7 und 8 südwestlich der Rampe 9. Hierzu sollen die bestehenden Asphaltflächen der Vorfelder 7 und 8 (Vorfeld 7 ca. 36.000 m2 und Vorfeld 8 ca. 54.000 m2) abgebrochen und durch Flächen in Betonbauweise ersetzt werden. Einhergehend mit der Realisierung sind die unbefestigten Bereiche zwischen den Rollwegen ebenfalls in Betonbauweise zu herzustellen. Die Maßnahme befindet sich im Sicherheitsbereich des Flughafens und ist unter laufendem Betrieb umzusetzen.Zusätzlich werden Anlagen der Ver- und Entsorgung sowie technische Ausrüstung geplant, darunter im Detail:1. Flugbetriebsfläche (Vorfeld) in Betonbauweise, Gesamtfläche ca. 110.500 m2,2. Benzinwasserrinnen, Abscheideranlagen (Leichtflüssigkeiten, Öl, etc.), Regenwasserrinnen,3. Regenwasserkanäle, ggf. mit Einrichtungen für Enteisungsabwässer,4. Schmutzwasserkanäle, ggf. mit Pumpwerk und Druckleitung,5. Trinkwasser- und Löschwasserleitungen, inkl. Hydranten, Grundstücksanschlüssen, etc.,6. Flugbetriebsstoffversorgung inkl. Tankpits, Schächten, etc.,7. Kabelzugtrassen für Fernmeldeanlagen, Nieder-, Mittelspannung, sowie 400 Hz-Versorgung, Befeuerung, inkl. Kabelzugschächten und Einbauten, etc.,8. Vorfeldbeleuchtung inkl. Fundamente, etc.,9. Befeuerung, Andocksysteme (ADS), MLAT, etc.,10. Markierung und Beschilderung, etc.; Die FMG beabsichtigt, im Süd-Osten des Flughafens eine Vorfelderweiterung, die an die bestehende Ramp 35 anschließt. Es sollen insgesamt 8 LFZ-Abstellpositionen Code C geschaffen werden. Eine Teilfläche kann im Winterbetrieb als Schneedeponie verwendet werden. Die Fläche soll in Betonbauweise hergestellt werden. Im südlichen Bereich wird ein Gebäude der Lufthansa geplant, die Erschließung des Gebäudes ist ebenso im Planungsumfang erhalten. Zusätzlich werden Anlagen der Ver- und Entsorgung sowie technische Ausrüstung geplant, darunter im Detail:Flugbetriebsfläche (Vorfeld) in Betonbauweise, Gesamtfläche ca. 65.000 m²,Benzinwasserrinnen, Abscheideranlagen (Leichtflüssigkeiten, Öl, etc.), Regenwasserrinnen,Regenwasserkanäle, ggf. mit Einrichtungen für Enteisungsabwässer,Schmutzwasserkanäle, ggf. mit Pumpwerk und Druckleitung,Trinkwasser- und Löschwasserleitungen, inkl.
