Ertüchtigung/Modernisierung U-Bahn-Station Hbf, Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß § 43 HOAI für die Ausweitung der Leistungsfähigkeit, Ertüchtigung und Modernisierung des U-Bahnhofs Hauptbahnhof Oben (HO), Linien U4/U5, am Münchner Hauptbahnhof. Der U-Bahnhof HO ist ein unterirdisches Bestandsbauwerk in Schlitzwand-Deckelbauweise aus den 1980er Jahren und wird unter laufendem U-Bahn- und Fahrgastbetrieb umfassend baulich angepasst. Die Planungsleistungen betreffen u.a. die konstruktive Durcharbeitung der kapazitätserhöhenden Maßnahmen, Eingriffe in das bestehende Tragwerk, Bauzustände, temporäre Konstruktionen sowie die Schnittstellen zu Tragwerksplanung, Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, TGA, Förderanlagen, Brandschutz, Baulogistik, Betrieb und BIM. Zentrales Element der Maßnahme ist die Herstellung einer neuen Zwischenebene im bislang ungenutzten Luftraum oberhalb des ca. 136 m langen Mittelbahnsteigs. Hierzu sind unter anderem neue Trag- und Auflagerkonstruktionen, Anschlüsse an den Bestand, Öffnungen in Bestandsschlitzwänden, Rückbau- und Anpassungsmaßnahmen, temporäre Abtrennungen zum Fahrgastbereich sowie bauzustandsbezogene Sicherheits- und Betriebskonzepte planerisch zu bearbeiten. Weitere wesentliche Leistungsbestandteile sind die konstruktive Planung neuer Fahrtreppen- und Aufzugsanbindungen, eines möglichen Zugangsbauwerks, einer Baugrube einschl. Verbau, der Herstellung der Barrierefreiheit durch Anpassung d. Bahnsteigplatte mit ca. 5 cm Aufbeton sowie optionaler Maßnahmen zur statischen Ertüchtigung der Bahnsteigtragplatte. Die Integration einer ergebnisoffenen Fahrradabstellanlage mit voraussichtlich ca. 500 bis 700 Stellplätzen ist als Variante bzw. Abrufleistung zu berücksichtigen. Die Planung erfolgt stufenweise für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 und ist vollständig in die BIM-basierte Projektabwicklung mit AIA, BAP, LOIN, LIA und CAFM-/Taxonomie relevanter Dokumentation einzubinden. Der Projektzeitraum erstreckt sich voraussichtlich von 2026 - 2035.
