Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie mit Fertigprodukten / High Convenience in 4 Losen. Preisanpassungen können gemäß der Preisgleitklausel in den Vertragsunterlagen vorgenommen werden. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 6 Monate zum Vertragsende. Wird diese nicht genutzt, verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr. Der Vertrag je Los endet, wenn das in der Leistungsbeschreibung genannte Höchstwert je Los erreicht ist auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Frist. Los 1: 2.330.000,00 netto Los 2: 84.000,00 netto Los 3: 500.000,00 netto Los 4: 405.000,00 netto
