Description

Für die allgemeinen PAAM-Entwicklungsaktivitäten sind folgende Aufgaben durchzuführen: • Allgemeine Aktualisierung des Designs entsprechend dem in der PAAM-Phase B erzielten Entwicklungsfortschritt; • Konsolidierung der PAAM-Schnittstelle zum OB in Zusammenarbeit mit AEI und der ESA; • Konsolidierung aller weiteren Schnittstellen; • Übergreifendes Systems Engineering für das PAAM-System, bestehend aus dem PAAM-Mechanismus, der PAAM CPE und dem Kabelbaum (gemeinsam mit einem Systems Engineer von SRON und unter der Gesamtverantwortung des AEI); • Verwaltung der Leistungsbudgets des PAAM-Systems einschließlich der Beiträge der CPE; • Weitergabe der PAAM-Systemanforderungen an SRON als Lieferant der PAAM CPE sowie die damit verbundene Budgetplanung; • Product-Assurance-Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit, Werkstoffe und Prozesse sowie EEE-Komponenten (elektrische, elektronische und elektromechanische Bauteile); • Bereitstellung eines PDR-Dokumentationspakets (Preliminary Design Review); • Unterstützung der Erprobung des PAAM EM1 an der University of Florida. Für den Entwurf, die Entwicklung, Fertigung und Verifikation eines Engineering Models, das im OBA-EM-Performancetest eingesetzt werden soll und auf dem bestehenden Engineering Model (EM1) aufbaut, sind für das betreffende Engineering Model (EM2) folgende spezifische Aufgaben durchzuführen: • Spezifische Designaktualisierungen für das PAAM EM2; • Erstellung der MAIT-Spezifikationen (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test) für das EM2 und den Kabelbaum; • Fertigung und Montage; • Abnahmetests des vollständigen PAAM-EM2-Systems vor der Auslieferung unter Verwendung der von SRON bereitgestellten repräsentativen Elektronik; • Unterstützung bei der Integration des EM2 in das OBA EM sowie bei dessen Inbetriebnahme; • Bereitstellung der erforderlichen funktionalen Prüf-GSE (Ground Support Equipment) sowie des mechanischen GSE.
