Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Projektvertrages über Liefe-rung, Aufstellung, Installation, Qualifizierung (IQ/OQ), Wartung und technischen Support einer GMP-konformen Laborausstattung sowie über die Erbringung von Schulungs- und Wissenstransferleistungen für den Aufbau und Betrieb der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln für neuartige Therapien (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products, ATMP) im Sinne der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1394/2007, insbesondere autologer CD19-CAR-T-Zellprodukte. Zur Beschaffung gehören u. a. automatisierte, geschlossene Zellprozessierungsplattformen, eine Elektroporations-/Gentransfer-Einheit, reinraumtaugliche Werkbänke, Durchflusszytometer sowie ein kartuschenbasierter Hochgeschwindigkeits-Zellsorter, ein Real-Time-PCR-System, ein mikrobiologisches Nachweissystem, ein Endotoxin-Nachweissystem, Thermomixer, UV/Vis-Spektralphotometer und PCR-Workstation nebst zugehörigen Verbrauchsmaterialien und Reagenzien. Der detaillierte, produkt- und herstellerneutral formulierte Leistungsumfang - einschließlich der funktionalen Mindestanforderungen sowie der Schulungs- und Wissenstransferbau-steine - ergibt sich abschließend aus Anlage 1 (Leistungsverzeichnis). Die Leistungs-erbringung ist für den Zeitraum 19.10.2026 bis 31.12.2028 vorgesehen; konkrete Be-stellmengen und Ausführungstermine werden über Einzelabrufe konkretisiert.
