Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe eines Dienstleistungsauftrags für den Fahrdienst der Zentralen Universitätsverwaltung der Universität Heidelberg. Die Leistung umfasst die Abholung, die universitätsinterne Post- und Paketzustellung sowie sonstige Transporte zwischen den Standorten Campus Altstadt, Campus Bergheim und Campus Neuenheimer Feld. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst zudem bedarfsabhängige Sonderfahrten während der Dienstzeiten. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt mit vom Auftragnehmer bereitzustellenden verkehrssicheren Fahrzeugen. Die eingesetzten Fahrzeuge müssen die Anforderungen an saubere Pkw und leichte Nutzfahrzeuge im Sinne des Saubere-Fahrzeuge-Beschaffungs-Gesetzes erfüllen. Sämtliche Fahrzeug- und Betriebskosten sind in die Leistung einzubeziehen.
