The district administration office (Landratsamt) requires internal courier services covering the collection, transport and distribution of official mail, files and packages between its administrative sites and other locations according to a fixed route plan. One tour is to be operated four days per week (Monday to Wednesday and Friday). At the loading, distribution and destination points, the goods, usually pre-packed material in post boxes, moving boxes and archive boxes, are distributed by hand according to a set schedule. Delivery sometimes requires carrying items upstairs by hand. Individual consignments may weigh up to 20 kg. No dangerous goods are to be transported.
