Description

Ausführung von förmlichen Zustellungsaufträgen gem. §§ 166 ff. Zivilprozessordnung für das Zentrale Mahngericht bei dem Amtsgericht Coburg im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland sowie die elektronische Datenerfassung und Übermittlung der Zustelldaten. Die Ausschreibung hat zum Ziel, einen Postdienstleister mit • der Abholung der Zustellungsaufträge, • der Frankierung der Zustellungsaufträge, • der bundesweiten Ausführung der förmlichen Zustellungen gem. §§ 166 ff. ZPO des Zentralen Mahngerichts bei dem Amtsgericht Coburg, • der Bereitstellung entsprechender Transportbehälter und Vordrucke der Zustellungsurkunden • der gebündelten Weitergabe der ausgefüllten Zustellungsurkunden (erfolgreiche Zustellungen) an das vom Auftraggeber noch zu benennende Unternehmen (Auftragnehmer Los 2) zur elektronischen Erfassung bzw. an den Auftraggeber („Nicht-Zustellungsurkunden“) zu beauftragen.; Die Ausschreibung hat zum Ziel, einen Anbieter mit • der elektronischen Erfassung und Auswertung der Angaben der Zustellungsurkunden, • der werktäglichen Bereitstellung der Datensätze, • der werktäglichen Bereitstellung einer Bilddatei der vollständigen Zustellungsurkunde (Image), • der gebündelten Rückführung der an einem Tag verarbeiteten Zustellungsurkunden an die vom Auftragger zu benennende Poststelle zu beauftragen.
