Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Bekanntmachung sind folgende Leistungen: Unser Ziel ist es, ein Self-Service-Kiosk-System mit Chatbot- und Video-Call-Funktion zu etablieren, dessen Inhalt durchgängig über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent ist. Dieses System soll am Flughafen Frankfurt eingesetzt werden, um Passagieren, Gästen, Besuchern, Abholern und Mitarbeitern eine effiziente und benutzerfreundliche Informationsplattform zu bieten. Es soll die Bereitstellung von Basisinformationen automatisieren und an zentralen Punkten im Terminal sowie in stark frequentierten Bereichen eingesetzt werden. Unser Projektname "Infoservice der Zukunft" spiegelt das Streben nach einer innovativen und zukunftsorientierten Lösung wider, die den Anforderungen eines modernen Flughafens gerecht wird.
