Die Vielfältigkeit und der Umfang der Aufgaben bedingen eine umfangreiche und komplexe Geschäfts-, Informations- und Technologiearchitektur. Um strategische Entscheidungen auf einer fundierten Grundlage zu treffen, benötigt die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek ein IT-System zur Verwaltung, Pflege und flexiblen Auswertung der der Unternehmensarchitektur zugrundeliegenden Daten.
