Description

Das Land Hessen setzt derzeit im Verfahren Geodaten online die Software INSPIRATION ein. Das Verfahren wird von der Hessischen Zentrale für Datenverarbeitung (HZD) im Auftrag der Hessisches Landesamt für Bodenmanagement und Geoinformation (HLBG) betrieben. Für den Zeitraum 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2027 sind für die Software INSPIRATION und von dieser benötigte Standardsoftware Pflegeleistungen zu erbringen, was auch Eingriffe in den Quellcode beinhaltet. Diese Pflegeleistungen müssen von einem Leistungserbringer erbracht werden, um als Gesamtheit die Betriebssicherheit im Verfahren Geodaten online sicherzustellen. Das Land Hessen setzt derzeit im Verfahren Geodaten online die Software INSPIRATION ein. Das Verfahren wird von der Hessischen Zentrale für Datenverarbeitung (HZD) im Auftrag der Hessisches Landesamt für Bodenmanagement und Geoinformation (HLBG) betrieben. Zur Erhaltung der Betriebssicherheit der aktuell im Verfahren Geodaten online eingesetzten Software INSPIRATION über den 31.12.2024 hinaus muss bis zum 31.12.2025 ein Upgrade von INSPIRATION vorgenommen werden, damit aktuelle Versionen der benötigten Standardsoftware (Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Shopsystem, GIS, Open Source) von INSPIRATION ab dem 01.01.2026 unterstützt werden. Zur Unterstützung der vorgenannten Standardsoftware durch INSPIRATION sind bis zum 31.12.2027 ein Upgrade bzw. weitere Migration vorzunehmen und entsprechende Upgrades der Standardsoftware durchzuführen und entsprechende Anpassungen am Quellcode von INSPIRATION vorzunehmen. Dies beinhaltet auch Anpassungen am Quellecode von INSPIRATION sowie den Austausch der Shop-Komponente, da der Herstellersupport für das derzeit in INSPIRATION eingesetzte Shopsystem Intershop ICM am 30.11.2026 endet. Für den Zeitraum 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2027 sind für die Software INSPIRATION und von dieser benötigte Standardsoftware (mit Ausnahme der Betriebssysteme und der Datenbanksoftware Oracle) Pflegeleistungen zu erbringen. Diese Pflegeleistungen müssen von einem Leistungserbringer erbracht werden, um als Gesamtheit die Betriebssicherheit im Verfahren Geodaten online sicherzustellen. Für den Zeitraum der Pflegeleistungen 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2029 sind zudem optionale Pflegeleistungen nach Aufwand für INSPIRATION und für die für INSPIRATION benötigte Standardsoftware zu erbringen. Es handelt sich hierbei um funktionale Erweiterungen von INSPIRATION.
