Description

Bereitstellung, Implementierung, Betrieb und Wartung der vollständigen technischen Infrastruktur für die EUDI Wallet Support Organisation. Umfasst alle Systeme vom Self-Service-Portal über das Ticketmanagement bis hin zu Telefonie, Knowledge Base und Identity Management. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Leistungen für die Technische Infrastruktur der EUDI Wallet Support Organisation (EWSO), das sog. Tooling. Der Auftragnehmer implementiert, konfiguriert und nimmt in Betrieb: das Ticket- und CRM-System, die Knowledge Base und das FAQ-Portal, den In-App-Bot (oder die Kompatibilität zur Auftraggeber-internen App-Bot Lösung), die Telefonie- und IVR-Infrastruktur, die Anbindung und Kompatibilität zu dem B2B Portal: EUDI Hub, das IAM-System, das zentrale Event-Log-System und das Schwärzungssystem. Der Auftragnehmer begleitet die Closed-Beta-Phase (Q4 2026) und die Go-Live-Phase (Q1 2027) mit Hypercare-Support und übergibt nach geordnetem Wissenstransfer die operative Systemhoheit an das interne Team des Auftraggebers. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die EU-konforme Infrastruktur ((ISO 27001), kein US-CLOUD-Act-Exposure), WCAG 21-Konformität aller Nutzer-Frontends, einen obligatorischen externen Penetrationstest vor Go-live sowie vollständige Systemdokumentation und Schulung des internen Teams.
