Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes ("Auftraggeberin") beabsichtigt, Leistungen zur elektronischen Nachweisführung von gefährlichen und nicht gefährlichen Abfällen zu beschaffen ("Beschaffungsvorhaben"). Leistungsbestandteil ist des Weiteren die Dokumentation von mineralischen Ersatzbaustoffen gemäß Ersatzbaustoffverordnung. Zur Vorbereitung des Verfahrens führt die Auftraggeberin die vorliegende Markterkundung durch.
