Description

Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird ein Druckgasbeschleuniger (Gaskanone) ausgeschrieben. Benötigt wird eine Testanlage zur Durchführung hochdynamischer (ballistischer) Impact-Tests. Diese Tests dienen der Untersuchung des Verhaltens keramischer Werkstoffe bei Beschuss mit projektilartigen kleinkalibrigen Eindringkörpern entsprechend den nationalen und internationalen ballistischen Prüfstandards wie u.a. VPAM und STANAG. Die Testanlage besteht als in sich abgeschlossenes System aus einem Druckgasbeschleuniger (Gaskanone), Abschussrohr und einer Impact-Kammer zum Betrieb in einer gewöhnlichen Laborumgebung. In Abhängigkeit von der zu realisierenden Geschwindigkeit des Impact-Körpers arbeitet diese Gaskanone u.a. mit Druckluft oder Helium. Diese Gase dienen als Treibgase zur Beschleunigung des Projektils. Details entnehmen Sie den Vergabeunterlagen und insbesondere dem Dokument 006_Detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung.pdf.
