Die Technische Universität Dresden (TU Dresden) strebt eine innovative Partnerschaft für den Bereich Kraftfahrzeugtechnik an. Das Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es, den rechtlichen und technischen Rahmen sowie vor allem die Nutzung und Innovationspotenziale an der TU Dresden. Die Partnerschaft soll ein gemeinsames Leuchtturmprojekt für die Kraftfahrzeugtechnik werden. Daher ist eine Kooperation mit einem Engineering-Unternehmen geplant. Als Grundlage für die Kooperation ist eine vertraglich geregelte Industrie-Partnerschaft beabsichtigt. Die Innovationspartnerschaft soll für eine Laufzeit von 01.02.2026 bis 31.01.2038 geschlossen werden. Sie kann von jeder Partei mit einer Frist von 6 Monaten zum 31.01. des Folgejahres gekündigt werden. Der Lehrstuhl Kraftfahrzeugtechnik (LKT) der TU Dresden betreibt im Fahrzeugtechnischen Versuchszentrum (FVZ) und im Smart Mobility Lab (SML) der TUD mehrere Prüfstände zu Test und Analyse von Fahrzeugen. Der wirtschaftliche Betrieb dieser Prüfstände soll im Rahmen der geplanten Innovationspartnerschaft organisiert werden. Der Partner soll im Auftrag von LKT die Prüfstände betreiben und warten, im Gegenzug die Möglichkeit erhalten, sie für eigene wirtschaftliche Zwecke zu nutzen. Der Partner soll nach Möglichkeit eigene Prüfstände in die Innovationspartnerschaft einbringen, die in Räumlichkeiten von LKT betrieben werden sollen. LKT soll diese für Forschung und Lehre mitnutzen dürfen. Ferner soll der Partner in Forschung und Lehre am LKT mitwirken sowie Planungsleistungen für das Fahrzeugtechnischen Versuchszentrum und das Smart Mobility Lab im Auftrag von LKT erbringen. LKT soll Forschungsleistungen im Auftrag des Partners erbringen. LKT und der Partner betreiben gemeinsame Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und organisieren insbesondere gemeinsame Veranstaltungen. Zu alledem ist der Austausch von Personal- und Sachleistungen sowie IP-Übertragungen zwischen LKT und dem Partner notwendig. Die Innovationspartnerschaft zielt primär darauf ab, durch Austausch von Leistungen gemeinsam einen wirtschaftlichen Aufbau und Betrieb der in FVZ und SML vorhandenen Versuchsanlagen zu gewährleisten und Forschung und Lehre im Bereich "Kraftfahrzeugtechnik" an der TU Dresden zu fördern.
