Problem/ Ausgangslage: Das Forschungsvorhaben befasst sich mit der Weiterentwicklung des Bewertungsalgorithmus für Brückenbauwerke nach RI-EBW-PRÜF. Ausgangspunkt ist, dass sich Kenntnisstand und Methodiken zur Zustandserfassung und -beurteilung seit der Einführung erheblich verbessert haben und eine Weiterentwicklung und Berücksichtigung von neuen Aspekten im Algorithmus für weiterhin fundierte, datengetriebene Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Erhaltungsmaßnahmen in Betracht gezogen werden sollten. Ziel/ Nutzen: Ziel ist es, systematisch Weiterentwicklungspotentiale zu identifizieren und deren Auswirkungen auf die Zustandsbewertung zu untersuchen. Dabei sollen Lösungsvorschläge entwickelt werden, die entweder eine Anpassung des bestehenden Algorithmus oder die Einführung ergänzender Bewertungskennzahlen vorsehen. Das Vorhaben bewertet zudem Aufwand und Nutzen möglicher Algorithmus-Anpassungen und spricht eine Empfehlung aus, ob das bewährte System fortgeschrieben werden soll. Ein modernes Bewertungssystem trägt damit zur langfristigen Sicherung der Brückenbestände und Verlässlichkeit der Straßeninfrastruktur bei.
