Description

Die Stadtverwaltung Königs Wusterhausen beabsichtigt als Auftraggeberin für ihre ca. 705 Tarifbeschäftigten und verbeamteten Beschäftigten (zusammengefasst Beschäftigte) durch Entgelt- / Besoldungsumwandlung das Fahrradleasing anzubieten. Grundlage ist der Tarifvertrag zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zweck des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) vom 25. Oktober 2020 und das Brandenburgische Besoldungsgesetz § 2 Abs. 3. Die Stadt Königs Wusterhausen sucht einen zuverlässigen Leasingpartner, der im Rahmen des Radleasings die administrative Abwicklung des Leasings und die Bereitstellung von Versicherung-, sowie Service- und Wartungspakete in digitaler Abwicklung für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit von maximal 36 Monaten übernimmt. Die entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen für alle zukünftigen Einzelleasingverträge sind in der beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung festgelegt. Geschätzte Abnahmemenge: ca. 40-45 Fahrräder Der Höchstwert der abzuschließenden Einzelleasingverträge wird auf 75 festgesetzt. Es wird keine Mindestabnahmemenge an geleasten Fahrrädern festgelegt. Die Anzahl der Verträge richtet sich nach dem tatsächlichen Bedarf. Mit Erreichen der verbindlich vorgegebenen Höchstmenge an Fahrrädern verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirkung, ohne dass es einer Kündigungserklärung bedarf.
