Description

Der Kreis Bergstraße (auch Auftraggeber, kurz AG) plant als Ablöse bestehender Verträge die Ausschreibung des Fuhrparks der Kreisverwaltung und ihrer Eigenbetriebe. Vorgesehen ist ein Behördenleasing (Kilometerleasing) ohne Leasingsonderzahlung mit einer Vertragslaufzeit von 48 Monaten und einer jährlichen Laufleistung von 15.000 km je Fahrzeug. Insgesamt werden im Rahmen des Vertrages 55 Fahrzeuge ausgeschrieben. Eine Vorab-Festlegung auf einen bestimmten Händler erfolgt nicht. Die Händlerlogistik wird mit dem Gewinner der Ausschreibung abgesprochen. Versicherungsleistungen und Kfz-Steuer sind nicht Bestandteil des ausgeschriebenen Leistungsumfangs und werden durch den Auftraggeber separat bereitgestellt.
