Einführung eines Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS) für die Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin Die Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin möchte ein DMS einführen. Das DMS muss folgende wesentliche Anforderungen erfüllen: Ordnungsgemäße Aufbewahrung von Dokumenten Elektronische Akten- und Schriftgutverwaltung Elektronische Vorgangsbearbeitung/ Workflow Integration in SAP-Anwendungen Integration in das Campus Management System HISinOne In der ersten Ausbaustufe sollen ca. 300 Anwender*innen mit der DMS-Lösung arbeiten. Im Endausbau sollen ca. 6.000 Beschäftigte das System nutzen. Insgesamt ist in der ersten Ausbaustufe von ca. 110.000 jährlich neu im DMS zu erfassenden Dokumenten für die Anwendungen in der DMS-Einführungsphase auszugehen.
