Description

Das geplante Bauvorhaben "Am Westerberg II" befindet sich im Stadtteil Ober-Ingelheim, gelegen an den Straßen "Ohrenbrücke", "Hinter der Ohrenbrücke" und "Im Rheinweg". Das Plangebiet liegt innerhalb des Geltungsbereichs des Bebauungsplanes "Ohrenbrücke II" der Stadt Ingelheim am Rhein. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung Elektro und MSR gemäß § 53 ff. HOAI für die folgenden Anlagengruppen: - Anlagengruppe 4: Starkstromanlagen; - Anlagengruppe 5: Fernmeldeanlagen; - Anlagengruppe 6: Förderanlagen; - Anlagegruppen 8: Gebäudeautomation/MSR. Grundlage der Gesamtplanung sind: - Der aufgestellte Bebauungsplan "Ohrenbrücke II"; - Die WBI Bau- und Ausstattungsbeschreibung sowie die WBI-Projektvorgaben; - Der Planungsstandard "Grüne Infrastruktur"; - Das bereits vorliegende, planerische Grundkonzept des Auftraggebers (Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen); - Wasserwirtschaftlicher Begleitplan. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die Bekanntmachung Bezug genommen, welche Bestandteil der Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen ist. Die Beauftragung ist stufenweise geplant. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung Elektro und MSR nach § 55 HOAI 2021 in Verbindung mit Anlage 15, Leistungsphasen 1-4 sowie eine funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung für eine GU-Ausschreibung. Die Verteilung der Kosten auf die Kostengruppen nach DIN 276 sowie die anrechenbaren Kosten der für diese Ausschreibung relevanten Anlagengruppen (AG) gestalten sich wie folgt: - KG 300: Bauwerk - Baukonstruktion: 10.000.000 EUR: - KG 400: Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen (Gesamtbudget): 2.720.000 EUR. Davon: - TGA Elektro (KG440 + KG450): 895.000 EUR; - MSR (KG480): 40.000 EUR. Die Planung hat sofort nach Auftragsvergabe zu beginnen. Folgende verbindliche Zwischen- und Endtermine sind für die Erarbeitung der Leistungsphasen 1-4 sowie der Zuarbeit zur funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB) für das anschließende GU-Gesamtverfahren definiert: - Bis 31.03.2027 (Entwurfsplanung / LPH 3); - Genehmigungsplanung (LPH 4): Übergabe aller für die Genehmigung relevanten Unterlagen, Schachtpläne und Nachweise innerhalb von 6 Wochen nach Freigabe des Entwurfs durch die WBI; - Funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB): Übergabe innerhalb von 6 Wochen nach Abschluss der Genehmigungsplanung. Bezüglich der Leistungsbeschreibung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert.
