Description

Die Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Selz plant die zukunftsorientierte Gestaltung der Bildungslandschaft und beab-sichtigt den Neubau einer modernen, zweizügigen Grundschule in Holzhybridbauweise inklusive einer Schulsporthalle. Das Gebäude soll von Anfang an so konzipiert werden, dass eine spätere Erweiterung auf eine Vierzügigkeit sowohl baulich als auch funktional problemlos möglich ist. Dabei ist insbesondere die Grundstücksgestaltung unter Berücksichtigung einer zukünftigen Erweiterung so vorzusehen, dass Störungen des laufenden Schulbetriebs auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Ein weiterer zentraler Aspekt der Planung ist die proaktive Berücksichtigung einer ganzheitlichen Medieneinführung, die sowohl den aktuellen Neubau als auch die mögliche Erweiterung umfasst. Zudem sind Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte, wie z. B. Regenwassermanagement, integraler Bestandteil der Planung, ohne dass eine spezifische Zertifizierung (BNB, DGNB etc.) vorgeschrieben wird. Der Standort der Schule ist festgelegt. Der Neubau wird auf den Flurstücken 261 und 262 in Dalheim, Dexheimer Straße (K39), errichtet. Die Flächen werden aktuell landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines modernen Lern- und Lebensraums, der den aktuellen pädagogischen Anforderungen gerecht wird. Das Bauvorhaben erfolgt nach den Vorgaben der Schulbaurichtlinie des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz und orientiert sich an folgenden Leitlinien: - Nachhaltigkeit: Realisierung eines ökologisch und ökonomisch vorbildlichen Gebäudes mit Fokus auf Energieeffizienz, Langlebigkeit und geringen Lebenszykluskosten. - Barrierefreiheit: Gewährleistung eines inklusiven Zugangs zu allen Räumlichkeiten und Angeboten für Kinder, Lehrkräfte und Besucher mit und ohne Beeinträchtigungen. - Moderne Pädagogik: Schaffung flexibler und anpassungsfähiger Raumkonzepte, die kooperative Lernformen, differenzierten Unterricht und digitale Medien optimal unterstützen. - Nutzerpartizipation: Aktive und strukturierte Einbindung aller relevanten Nutzergruppen (Schulleitung, Lehrerkollegium, Personalrat, Schülervertretung, etc.) während des gesamten Planungs- und Bauprozesses. Die Planung umfasst unter anderem eine Lehrküche für den Hauswirtschaftsunterricht, eine Teeküche für das Lehrerkollegium sowie eine Mensa mit Frischküche. Alle Vorgaben des Z-Bau sowie der Schulbaurichtlinien sind zu beachten. Die Einhaltung der Solarpflicht in Rheinland-Pfalz ist verbindlicher Bestandteil der Planungsanforderungen. Alle Neubauten sind unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben der Landesbauordnung bzw. des Landessolargesetzes so zu planen, dass Photovoltaik- und/oder Solarthermie-Anlagen installiert werden können, soweit dies technisch und wirtschaftlich umsetzbar ist. Für den Projektablauf wird ein webbasiertes Projektkommunikationsmanagementsystem (PKMS) eingesetzt, das vom Auftraggeber bereitgestellt wird und den sicheren Austausch projektbezogener Daten und Dokumente ge-währleistet.
