The district of Unterallgaeu (Landkreis Unterallgaeu) is procuring structural engineering services under sections 49 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 1 to 6, for the partial new build of the State Vocational School in Mindelheim on Luxenhoferstrasse, located on the western edge of Mindelheim. Services will be awarded step by step, with no entitlement to further phases or special services. The project covers about 5,663 sqm of additional space, co-financed by the government of Swabia. Negotiations are expected mid to late November, with contract award and project start planned for early January 2027. Construction is planned for spring 2029, completion by the end of 2031. Meetings are held in German.
