The district of Unterallgäu is procuring planning services for technical building services, groups 1-3, 7 and 8 (HVAC), in accordance with sections 53 ff. of the HOAI 2021, covering all service phases 1 to 9, for the partial new construction of the Mindelheim State Vocational School at Luxenhoferstrasse, on the western edge of Mindelheim. The award is staged, with additional special services possible; no claims to further phases or lots can be derived from this. A additional space requirement of 5,663 square metres has been agreed with the government of Swabia as funding body. Negotiations are expected in mid to late November, with award and project start in early January 2027, funding and building applications in spring or summer 2028, and construction starting in spring 2029.
