Description

Die Gemeinde Schnaitsee plant die Errichtung einer 6-gruppigen Betreuungseinrichtung für 100 Hortplätze und ca. 39 Plätze für Kindergarten und -krippe. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Technische Ausrüstung mit den Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6 jeweils mit den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9. Für die Neubebauung ist der Bereich westlich der Turnhalle auf dem Schulgelände der Grund- und Mittelschule vorgesehen. In einer hierzu vorliegenden Machbarkeitsstudie entspricht das dem Standort der Planungsvariante C (westlich). Die Schulgebäude inklusive Turnhalle bleiben unverändert bestehen. Die Betreuungseinrichtung soll sich als eigenständiger Neubau in dieses Umfeld einfügen. In der Zielfindungsphase wird zwischen Bauherrn und Architekt festgelegt, welche Bauweise (Massiv- oder Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise) gewählt wird. Voraussichtlich sollen Photovoltaik-Anlagen geschaffen werden. Es sollen insgesamt 6 Gruppen entstehen, davon 4 für den Kinderhort und 2 für Kinderkrippe oder Kindergarten. Die Beauftragung erfolgt direkt im Anschluss an das Verhandlungsverfahren. Es werden zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 im Leistungsbilds "Technische Ausrüstung " § 55 HOAI mit den Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6 beauftragt. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung aller Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Die Brutto-Baukosten für die Gesamtbaumaßnahme der Kostengruppen 100 bis 700 werden derzeit mit etwa 6 Mio. € angenommen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsstufe 1 soll ca. Ende September 2025 erfolgen. Direkt im Anschluss soll zügig mit der Erarbeitung insbesondere einer Kostenschätzung begonnen werden. Der Baubeginn soll Mitte 2026, der Abschluss der Maßnahme Mitte 2027 erfolgen.
