Der Landkreis Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen beabsichtigt im Rahmen der Teilgeneralsanierung der Berufsschule Bad Tölz (an der Bairawieser Straße) die beiden Werkhallengebäude zu ergänzen und die Pausenhalle mit einem Anbau zu erweitern; deshalb werden hier Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis einschließlich 9 im Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung mit den Anlagengruppen 4, 5, 6 (ELT) eines Fachplaners Elektrotechnik in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 angefragt. Die Planungsleistungen beginnen ab dem 07.01.2027. Die Bauausführung ist grundsätzlich ab dem Kalenderjahr 2028 angedacht. Einzelne Vorabmaßnahmen (z.B. Abbruch Gebäudebestand oder Kanal-, bzw. Drainagesanierung) werden bereits in 2027 umgesetzt werden. Die Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme ist für Ende 2030 vorgesehen. Das genannte Ende der Leistungen bezieht sich auf den Abschluss der LPH 8 (inklusive der Nachlaufzeiten für Rechnungsprüfungen o.ä.). Die LPH 9 läuft darüber hinaus. Eine Verlängerung des Auftrages kann eintreten, wenn Projektverzögerungen entstehen, die der Auftragnehmer nicht zu verantworten hat wie z. B. eine nicht zeitnahe Freigabe von Fördermitteln. Nach aktueller Grobkostenschätzung hat das Bauvolumen einen Umfang von rd. 10,5 Mio. € (brutto).
