Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung für den denkmalgeschützten Rathauskeller der Hansestadt Wismar. Die überalterte Lüftungs- und Klimaanlage soll durch ein modernes, regelbares System ersetzt werden. Ziel sind stabile Temperatur- und Feuchteverhältnisse sowie definierte Luftströmungen zum Schutz der historischen Bausubstanz und der Wand- und Deckenmalereien. Planungsleistungen gemäß §§ 56 ff. HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 und 8. Zunächst werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 beauftragt; die Leistungsphasen 4 bis 8 werden optional und stufenweise abgerufen. Zu bearbeiten sind insbesondere Bestandsanalyse, temporäre Übergangsklimatisierung, dauerhaftes Klimatisierungs- und Regelungskonzept, Rückbau und Ersatz der Bestandsanlagen sowie die Abstimmung mit Objektplanung, Bauphysik und Denkmalschutz. Als besondere Leistung ist eine Bestandsaufnahme der Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 4 und 5 einschließlich zeichnerischer Darstellung der wesentlichen Installationen vorgesehen.
