Description

Im Rahmen der Erstellung der Managementpläne für die EU-Vogelschutzgebiete (SPA) in Brandenburg, für die bislang keine Managementplanung vorliegt, soll eine erweiterte Brutvogelkartierung durchgeführt werden. Ziel ist es, die vorhandenen Brutvogeldaten innerhalb der EU-Vogelschutzgebiete zu aktualisieren und durch weitere relevante Brutvogeldaten zu ergänzen. Die erhobenen Daten dienen dabei als Grundlage für die Erstellung sogenannter artspezifischer Teilberichte sowie der Ableitung von Maßnahmen zu relevanten Brutvogelarten in Brandenburg. Diese Berichte sind ein zentraler Bestandteil der künftig online verfügbaren SPA-Managementplanung und stellen einen wesentlichen Schritt in der Bearbeitung der Managementplanung dar. Dieser Auftrag bezieht sich auf 24 von 27 SPA-Gebieten in Brandenburg, aufgeteilt in 28 Lose. Die unter Punkt 2.7. der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgelisteten Brutvogelarten sind für die unter Punkt 2.6. aufgelisteten EU-Vogelschutzgebiete (SPA) in Gänze oder in Teilen zu erfassen und deren Erhaltungsgrad zu bewerten. Zudem ist die Bewertung des Erhaltungsgrades und der einzelnen Teilparameter (Zustand der Population, Habitatqualität, Beeinträchtigungen/Gefährdungen) nach einer vorgegebenen Methodik vorzunehmen und die Begründung zu formulieren. Darüber hinaus sind die Ergebnisse des Erhaltungsgrades mit vorangegangenen Erfassungen zu vergleichen. Zu jeder der zu kartierenden Brutvogelarten erfolgt: - die Erhebung quantitativer Bestandsdaten - punktgenaue kartografische Darstellung aller Brut-/Reviervorkommen im GIS - Auswertung und Zusammenstellung der Ergebnisse sowie Bewertung des Erhaltungsgrades mit mindestens stichpunktartiger Begründung
