Die Gemeinde Pastetten plant die Erweiterung der Grundschule. Die Grundschule Pastetten liegt am Ortsrand, bildet aber in ihrer Lage gegenüber dem Rathaus und in Nähe der zwei Kindertagesstätten sowie der Sporthalle ein neues Ortszentrum. Das Grundstück liegt direkt am Fröbelweg, welcher ggf. im Rahmen der Umgestaltung verkehrsberuhigt werden soll, um eine sichere fußläufige Verbindung zwischen den umliegenden Einrichtungen zu ermöglichen, und gleichzeitig mit einer Platzfläche neu gestaltet wird. Die Grundschule wurde in den 1950er Jahren gebaut und in den 1990er Jahren erweitert. Er soll nun durch einen zweiten Erweiterungsbau mit folgenden Räumlichkeiten ergänzt werden: Eingangsbereich, Verwaltung und Klassenräume. Dieser Erweiterungsbau umschließt den ältesten Gebäudeteil des Bestandsgebäudes und enthält den neuen Haupteingang zum Schulhaus (gegenüber vom Rathaus). Im Erweiterungsbau aus den 1990er Jahren werden im Zuge der zweiten Erweiterung und damit der Neuordnung der Nutzungen zukünftig der gesamte Ganztagesbereich und die Fachräume organisiert. Der neue Erweiterungsbau soll in Holz- bzw. Holzhybridbauweise gebaut werden. Eine bestehende Hackschnitzelanlage liefert Fernwärme. Die vorhandene Wärmeübergabe muss durch den Auftragnehmer ggf. entsprechend angepasst werden. Die Beauftragung soll direkt im Anschluss an das Verhandlungsverfahren erfolgen. Es werden zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 im Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung gem. §§ 55 ff. HOAI mit den Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3 und 8 für den Erweiterungsbau beauftragt. Im weiteren werden für diese Anlagengruppen voraussichtlich die Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 stufenweise beauftragt. Die Brutto-Baukosten für die Gesamtbaumaßnahme der Kostengruppen 100 bis 700 werden derzeit mit etwa 9,0 Mio. € geschätzt. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsstufe 1 soll Anfang 2026 erfolgen. Der Antrag auf Baugenehmigung soll Ende 2026 eingereicht werden. Der Baubeginn soll im Frühjahr 2027, der Abschluss der Maßnahme 2029 erfolgen.
