Summary

Machine-generated summary

The University of Bremen awarded planning services for the conversion and renewal of the refrigeration system at its energy centre, which centrally supplies chilled water. The works include renovation of the energy centre's roof and examinations of sustainability and cost-effectiveness variants, while the chilled water network must continue operating with 6°C flow and 15°C return at 7 bar. The contract covered technical equipment services for ventilation, electrical and building automation systems, and building design, in service phases 1 to 3 with optional phases 4 to 9 under the HOAI. Estimated construction costs were about EUR 13.6 million net (KG 400) and EUR 1.1 million net (KG 300). The contract was won by Dr. Born - Dr. Ermel GmbH - Ingenieure - for EUR 1,661,026.53.

Description

Die Energiezentrale der Universität Bremen stellt zentral die Versorgung mit Kaltwasser bereit. Die Universität Bremen beabsichtig, die Kälteanlage zu erneuern. Im Zuge dieser Maßnahme ist sowohl das Dach der Energiezentrale zu sanieren. Hierzu sollen verschiedene Varianten hinsichtlich Ihrer Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit untersucht werden. Mögliche Förderungen sind entsprechend der Varianten aufzuzeigen. Die Kältemittelverordnung ist zu beachten, um die steigenden Anforderungen auch in der Zukunft einzuhalten. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass die alten Absorbtionskältemaschinen auf einem hohen Temperaturniveau betrieben werden, Vorlauftemperatur 125-130°C, Rücklauftemperatur 100°C. Der Energieversorger (SWB) strebt Temperaturen von Vorlauf 120°C/ Rücklauf 50°C an. Zudem ist zur Aufrechterhaltung der Arbeitsfähigkeit, insbesondere in den Laboren, eine konstante Kälteversorgung unabdingbar. Das Kaltwassernetz muss weiterhin mit Vorlauf 6°C und Rücklauf 15°C bei 7 bar betrieben werden. Entsprechend der Anforderungen wird auch zukünftig eine wirtschaftliche sowie umweltfreundliche Kälteerzeugung, mit einer Redundanz und somit geringem Ausfallrisiko benötigt. Es ist ein Konzept zu entwickeln um Grund- und Spitzenlasten sinnvoll decken zu können. Der Umbau der Kälteversorgung muss im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen. Nach einer ersten Kostenannahme belaufen sich die Baukosten (KG 300 + 400) auf: - KG 400: ca. 13,6 Mio. EUR netto (ALG 3: ca. 13,2 Mio. EUR; ALG 4: ca. 0,1 Mio. EUR, ALG 8: ca. 0,3 Mio. EUR); - KG 300: ca. 1,1 Mio. EUR netto. - Technische Ausrüstung Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-9 gemäß § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15, Ziffer 15.1 für folgende Anlagengruppen: 3. Lufttechnische Anlagen, 4. Starkstromanlagen und 8. Gebäudeautomation. - Objektplanung Gebäude Lph 1-3, optional Lph 4-9 gem. § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 Ziffer 10.1;
