Description

Die Universität Bremen beabsichtigt die Sanierung des in den 70er Jahren errichteten Gebäudes "Geisteswissenschaften 2" (GW2). Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Projektsteuerungsleistungen für die Sanierung der Ebene 1 des GW2. Auf der Ebene 01 befinden sich insbesondere Büro- und Veranstaltungsräume. Es liegt eine unverbindliche Konzeptstudie vor, die jedoch auf Basis einer ursprünglich angedachten Teilsanierung der Ebene erstellt wurde. Für die Ebene 01 ist ebenfalls auszugsweise ein Schadstoffkataster erstellt worden, welches zurzeit aktualisiert wird. Im Rahmen der Untersuchung wurden insbesondere Asbest und KMF festgestellt. Der bauliche Zustand des Gebäudes insgesamt ist brandschutztechnisch prekär. Dies betrifft u. a. die Herstellung der Trockenbauwände oder die technischen Anlagen. Da aufgrund der Schadstoffbelastung eine Ertüchtigung der Wände und Decken nur mit einem unverhältnismäßigen Aufwand zu leisten ist, soll der Baubereich entkernt, und unter Berücksichtigung aller brandschutztechnischen Kriterien neu aufgebaut werden Die Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude sowie der Technischen Ausrüstungen werden parallel zu diesem Verfahren ausgeschrieben. Gemäß einer ersten Kostenannahme belaufen sich die Gesamtprojektkosten auf ca. 12,00 Mio. EUR brutto. Projektsteuerungsleistungen für die Handlungsbereiche (A - E) für die Projektstufen 1 - 2 sowie optional für die Projektstufen 3 - 5 in Anlehnung an das Leistungsbild gemäß § 2 AHO-Schriftenreihe Nr. 9 "Projektmanagement in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft", 6.
