Description

Fachplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Der Neubau des Dienstgebäudes für die Generalzolldirektion Dresden ist für ca. 400 Bedienstete mit einer Büro-Nutzfläche von 7.182 m² zzgl. 970 m² Sonderflächen vorgesehen. Die Gesamtfläche der Baugrundstücke umfasst ca. 9.000 m². Die gesamte Höhendifferenz über die Fläche liegt bei ca. 0,4 m. Für die Fläche ist von der Landeshauptstadt Dresden ein Bebauungsplan aufgestellt worden, welcher u. a. eine Vorgabe für Baufelder ausweist. Die Fläche ist derzeit bebaut und wird teilweise gewerblich genutzt. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung ist die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke für die Medienerschließung der neuen Gebäude, den Rückbau und eventuell notwendige Umverlegung von Bestandsleitungen. Zu erbringen sind die Planungsleistungen für den Ingenieurtiefbau in den Leistungsphasen 2 - 8 und die Bauüberwachung nach § 43 ff. HOAI mit folgenden wesentlichen Bestandteilen: - Abbruch und Entsorgung der Bestandsmedien im Baugrundstück, - Kanalbau (Schmutz- und Regenwasser), - Anlagen zur Regenwasserversickerung, - Erdbau für die Medienerschließung (voraussichtlich RW, SW, TW, Elt, FM/IT, Fernwärme, Außenbeleuchtung, ggf. weitere Leerrohrtrassen). Die geschätzten Gesamtbaukosten (KG 200 - 600) liegen bei 70,5 Mio. Euro. Die Fertigstellung soll im März 2031 erfolgen. Es handelt sich um eine Baumaßnahme des Bundes. Es gelten dementsprechend die einschlägigen Regelungen und Richtlinien (RBBau etc.). Die abschließende Dokumentation der Leistungen ist entsprechend der BFR LBestand zu übergeben. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Einzelheiten sind dem Vertrag sowie der Anlage zu § 6 - Spezifische Leistungspflichten zum Vertrag zu entnehmen, die den Vergabeunterlagen beiliegen. Für die Baumaßnahme ist die Zertifizierung im Standard Silber gemäß dem Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) geplant. Daraus resultierende Vorgaben sind in der Planung zu berücksichtigen.
