Objektplanung Freianlagen (§ 39 HOAI) Grundleistungen gem. Anlage 11, Leistungsphasen 1-9, stufenweise, zunächst LP 1-3 (ohne LP 4) besondere Leistungen (im Weiteren beschrieben) Die Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Bad Bergzabern beabsichtigt ihr Rebmeerbad aus den 1970er- Jahren grundlegend zu sanieren und aus technischer, funktionaler, hygienischer und gestalterischer Sicht auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Einer vorangegangenen Studie zur Notwendigkeit und Umsetzbarkeit des Vorhabens durch das Büro Richter + Rausenberger wurde die Notwendigkeit folgender Maßnahmen identifiziert, auf deren Planungsleistungen zur Umsetzung sich dieses Vergabeverfahren bezieht. 1. Freibad - große Becken 1.1 Nichtschwimmerbecken 1.2 Schwimmerbecken 1.3 Sprungbecken 2. Freibad - Planschbecken 3. Schwallwasserbehälter mit Pumpenraum Diese Machbarkeitsstudie war notwendig um für die Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung grundsätzlich Möglichkeiten und Maßnahmen aufzuzeigen, erhebt aber weder den Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit noch auf Definition des weiteren Umsetzungsvor- habens. Die Machbarkeitsstudie liegt den Unterlagen als eine denkbare Strategie zu künftgen Umsetzung des Vorhabens bei.
